Will Hellraiser: Revival be available in Japan?

Not announced. The game is not on the Japanese PlayStation Store, has no price on the Japanese Microsoft Store, and has no Japanese language option on Steam, and Saber has said nothing about a Japanese release. That could still change.

Why a Japanese release is harder for this game

In the US the ESRB lists blood and gore, intense violence, nudity, strong sexual content, strong language and drug use, and the publisher’s content warning adds torture and consensual mutilation. Games with that mix often need changes, or skip a Japanese release, but nobody has said which way this one goes. The age rating page has every region’s rating, including Indonesia, where it is rated Banned.

Can you play it from Japan anyway?

Steam sells by account region and has no region list for this game yet, so check the store page from your own account before paying. Without Japanese, you would be playing in English or one of the other seven languages; the PC page lists them.
